Mitsubishi Eclipse comparing prices
Most people pay more than they have to for insurance on new 2008 Mitsubishi Eclipse's because they never bother to compare prices. But with the free online insurance quote services there's now no reason not to. Filling out one form makes it simple and easy to get you multiple quotes online quickly.
Besides never comparing prices, many people also don't adequately understand their policy and coverage. So they pay for what they don't need or are missing coverage that they sould have when purchasing a new Mitsubishi Eclipse.
If you just get your state's required minimum coverage on your Eclipse for liability and property damage you'll be seriously underinsured. Most experts recommend at least one hundred thousand per person of bodily liability and a minimum of fifty thousand for property damage. And if you have a net worth of $300,000 or more, getting an umbrella policy for lawsuits could be one of the best insurance tips to remember.
2008 Mitsubishi Eclipse review
All 2000 Mitsubishi passenger cars will come with several brackets in the back seat for anchoring the tether straps. Light trucks, vans, and pickups were required to have these brackets in the Mitsubishi 2001 models.
If your car is not a 2000 model, you can usually obtain a tether anchor kit made especially for Mitsubishi's at your local Mitsubishi dealership. Some are easy to install yourself; others require a mechanic. Tether straps for many 1997-1999 car seats are available from the seats' manufacturers. Be sure to use the one specifically designed for your car seat. All 2008 Mitsubishi Eclipse's should have tethers factory installed.
